4- Household electricity usage (valid for condominiums.)
5- Accomodation of two subsequent Timeshare owners during handing over the property. In the case that, owner rents the timeshare, tenant has the full rights of previous owner.
PAID SERVICES
1- Satellite TV rental.
2- Additional bed and children bed.
3- Sports equipments and tennis court.
4- Circuit transition accommodation is paid, during the periods of administrative accomodation times.
5- Check out times later than 12:00 will be charged with late check-out fee.
6- Damage to household goods, breakages and losses are subject to charge.
7- The laundry.
