Bodrum ,and its hinterland has become Turkey's tourism capital town,with its picturesque shop-streets, restaurants, discotheques, sophisticated bars and cafes for all ages and tastes, is lively, whatever the season.

Bodrum has an International Airport as well as private coach services from İstanbul, İzmir and Ankara.

There are two alternative highways to Bodrum. One is through İzmir-Kusadası-Söke-Milas, 233 km. and the other İzmir-Selcuk-Ortaklar-Milas, 250 km.
